This script was inspired by Star Twist piece (see [link]). It is my first attempt at turning a fractal into a script. It starts with one of the Intrinsica scripts ([link]) by and and adds the modifications that Actionjack52 made to the parameters to create the original "Star Twist" piece. Rotating the gradient has a lot of effect on these parameters. So does adjusting the values for the juliascope variables in transform 2 (or even changing transform 2 from juliascope to julian). Some standard results as well as results from tweaking these two variations can be seen in the collage. A full-size sample of one of the sample parameters included with the script can be seen at the following [link] .
A nice modification of this script adding subtle symmetric tubes can be found at [link] . To see a before & after example of what this does, see [link]
More samples can be seen at I've posted a bunch of samples at [link] D.
Thanks for this script, it makes really interesting and detailed fractals. It is fantastic to run on existing flames by removing the clear command and is excellent at being tweaked afterwards in the editor window.
Wonderful...
I love this script and have included it in my Fraxa's Favourites feature this week - here's a link:

I do hope you don't mind but if you would prefer me not to show your work please let me know and Ill remove it straight away.
An absolutely perfect script. Bravo
